I have to double check, but you have to be a practicing lawyer in the State and must have been for at least 7 years. It is something like that.

		<description>If the local neocons decide to sponsor a campaign to not retain Justice Davis, will they have to admit that he is an ELECTED judge?  I&#039;m not sure they would care about being accused of hypocrisy - the religious right wing of the Republican party has proven time and again that they don&#039;t care about being logical, rational, or telling the truth.
