For the first time this month, Wichita didn’t reach triple digits on Sunday.
That was so much fun Monday will offer a second helping of 90s. Forecasters say highs today will peak in the upper 90s, with sunny skies and southeast winds staying in the single digits.
Tuesday may reach 100, but the rest of the week looks cooler – closer to normal highs for August. Lows will be in the upper 60s and low 70s, with highs in the mid- to upper 90s.
Another chance of showers arrives for the metro area on Tuesday night, forecasters say.
