After a little bit of rain and a bit of a cooling off on Thursday, Wichita will see the 100s return today.
They’ll stick around for a while, too.
Sunshine will be plentiful, forecasters say, and winds will be light and variable. Skies will stay mostly clear overnight, when lows drop to the mid-70s. Winds will shift to the northeast in the upper single digits.
The weekend should see more 100s, forecasters say, with sunshine and gusty southeast winds nearing 30 miles an hour.
Triple digits are in the Wichita forecast for most of the next week, forecasters say.
