Today will feel like something of a jolt after a pleasant Tuesday in the Wichita area.
Forecasters say highs will only reach the upper 40s under mostly cloudy skies. North winds will touch double digits, adding a bit more bite to the day. Overnight lows will dip all the way to 22 – which would be the coldest night of the season – and then Thursday will see the start of a warming trend. Highs Thursday are expected to rebound to 50, forecasters say.
