After the frigid start to 2010, today may tempt folks in the Wichita area to break out the shorts and T-shirts.
The temperature should top 50 under sunny skies in Wichita, forecasters say. Southerly winds will blow steadily in the mid-teens, with gusts of 25 miles an hour.
Areas of freezing drizzle are expected early Thursday morning, forecasters say, and clouds and cooler temperatures are expected later that day.
