Pascal Bedard’s immigration paperwork has been approved, and the defensemen will make his debut for the Thunder tonight when the team plays at the Rocky Mountain Rage. Rookie Jordan Hack made the trip, but he is still awaiting immigration approval. The Thunder and Rocky Mountain are the only 0-3 teams in the CHL.
