ESU takes down Fort Hays State

Just in from ESU-FHSU game Saturday:

EMPORIA — Emporia State scored on four of its five possessions in the first half and used ball control and a stingy defense on its way to 24-13 victory over Fort Hays State at Jones Field on Saturday.

Looks like Emporia quarterback Andre Sloan El ran for 72 yards and a touchdown and threw for 90 yards and a touchdown. Like I’ve said before, he’s hard to handle.

Is this really news for anyone other than the players, their parents, and the staff of each team?

Ben….There are a lot of small college football fans in the area…I watched this game on the internet yesterday. The real joke is the fact that you make this comment after you took the time to find your way to this blog. I guess in the end, the joke is on you.

Watched on the internet! If the football is so good why didn’t you go to the game. Oh, how did your kid play? I stand by my statement.
