9 a.m. shoot-around for the Shockers with a 4 p.m. game. I’m told to expect around 8,000 fans, about double its average and its only MVC game with more than 5,000.
- Two home games remaining for WSU and demand is high for tickets.
- Ken Pomeroy’s stats tell us Cleanthony Early is a scoring machine.
- Hope for the MVC’s future starts in the backcourt.
- Evansville student Bryce Weiler was a guest at WSU’s shoot-around, wearing an Aces jersey and sporting a national championship ring from Louisville coach Rick Pitino. You can read about Weiler here, here and here.
