		<description>It&#039;s a fine line, with the scoop thing.  Jeff KNEW about it right after it happened, straight from the source.  So that sure feels like a scoop - having access to the newsmaker as their news is being made.  But yeah, ya kinda gotta get it printed/online before the press release comes out to offically call it a &quot;scoop.&quot;  Right/wrong??  Good journalism, at any rate (especially the confirming the story part, which must have been excruciating since Jeff had to be 99.99% sure the story was true).</description>
