They ran off the field to applause but were greeted in the locker room by an angry coach.
Despite his team improving to 3-1 in Big 12 play and defeating Colorado 20-6 on Saturday at Snyder Family Stadium, coach Bill Snyder was very disappointed in the way his team played.
He said the offense played miserably, and if not for a great defensive effort the Wildcats likely would have lost. But K-State came up with a great defensive effort. Aside from Colorado’s opening and ending drives, the Buffaloes were unable to move the ball.

For your enjoyment, here are some of the highlights in a special Friday edition of “A few minutes with …”

On top of allowing zero meaningful points throughout the game, the Wildcats’ defensive line came up with six sacks and their secondary made two interceptions.
Sophomore safety Tysyn Hartman grabbed one of those picks (his fourth of the season) and was fired up after the win. On Tuesday, he talked about that defensive effort and what it’s like to be on top in the Big 12 North.
