He's not a good coach like a Mangino, who was given a longer leash to turn around a program that was in bad shape. HCRP took a team only a few years removed from glory, and appears to have made it worse. Bigget problems he has: Can't get along with coaches or players. Asst. coaches departing year after year, HUGE flag before this season even started. Now he's taken the reighns from his Off. Cord., which can't make for a happy house. If rumor is true about him having a yelling match w/ assistants, it goes from bad to worse. KSU needs a new president NOW, an actually A.D. NOW, and a new coach hired or being worked on hiring NOW. If they wait till too long into the bowl season, it's too late to find the right coach, and kills recruiting. This will sound nuts, but PERHAPS Phil Fulmer would be a candidate. The guy CAN coach, hit a rough patch. 10-3 last year, but VOL confidence has hurt him surrounding the program and huge expectations.
