I have calls in to Fatima Smith about particulars of Michael Beasley’s endorsement deal with adidas. Also, Beasley said his immaturity played a role in failing to come forward about his involvement in the NBA rookie symposium that resulted in a $50,000 fine.

you’re right in as much as our fans have over-reacted in dealing with the UoL loss, the biggest thing they’re bitching about (and rightfully so) is not that we lost, but how we lost.

Is that a denim shirt? Really? Anyway, the ills of the defense don’t appear to be fixed and when you consider that last year’s defense was the worse since 1989 the reaction doesn’t seem that off base.

Yes, it’s a denim shirt. I’m bringing the ’90s back. I’m not convinced the ills are fixed, either, but I have to think they will be this week, against a team that is more or less one-dimensional. If you can’t stop the run when you know it’s coming, yeah, you’ve got a bad defense.
