I really hope we can get a visit from this kid. He would be a huge pickup. With his addition our roster would have Clemente, Pullen, Brown, MacGruder, and Boynton and the guard spots. Sutton, Samuels, and Kelly at the 3-spot. Anderson, Judge, Herrera, Colon as the bigs....sounds pretty good to me. That said, the competition is steep. Being in the final 7 doesn't give you great odds even if the other six aren't elite level programs. Hard to say for sure how legit our odds are, but we've gotten 5 commitments from former Rivals 5-star players in the three years since Wooly was fired. We've been listed with a dozen others. Its great if he really is considering us, but Martin and co. will probably have to do a bit more winning without Beasley in order to keep landing recruits like this.
