		<description>May I just say that after having lived in Tampa from 1993 through 2006, years during which K-State football played in lots of bowl games, but none in the state of Florida, it is probably really likely that now that I have moved back to the great state of Kansas, the 'Cats will almost certainly play in the tourney in Tampa.</description>

		<description>There's a blog that may be a little over your head that a couple of friends of mine participate in as well.  Now, it's pretty high basketball IQ stuff so don't go over there if you aren't ready for some heavy reading but it seems to be exactly what you are looking for.</description>
