I am thinking the game will be something like a 16 point win. Maybe something like 72 to 56.

Well it was pretty sloppy. Good game and good outcome overall though. There were points in the first half where K-State looked very fluid. Other times the offense looked lost. Almost like they didn't know what play to run. Walker is extremely impressive in person; he's quicker and stronger than anyone on the court.

Good score call. Gave CU a bit more credit then they scored, but hey, pegged our score.

Guys, its obvious. JMart is shopping his talents back in the NE. He wont be here in a year. Probably doing play by play for Cornell in 09. Covering the hire of their new football coach.

JMart, I almost got teary eyed realizing you were back.
Next time, give us a heads up when you're gonna be gone that long...I almost didn't survive. Welcome back.

they are going to try and slow it down, we are going to try and speed it up with presses, I don't know how well their ball handlers are. So I can't predict the outcome.

Teams typically play sloppy in Boulder. Although I think Beasley has a good match-up and K-State will find ways to score in this game, it will come down to ball protection. If the guard play is as solid in this game as it was against A&M, then K-State wins by 10+. Otherwise, we've got a dogfight on our hands.

Something to watch: It may be just a perception, but it seems the Cat's have been pushed around on the defensive boards that last couple of games; way too many chances for the other team. It was really bad against OU (Griffin and Longars were beasts!) and early on against A&M. This should be a good opportunity to put a stop to that trend and work on some fundamentals of rebounding like position and boxing out. I'm not sure they will get away with it against some of the upcoming competition, if you know what I mean.

That's my 2¢'s.

Hopefully some of you will be representing in Boulder tonight. If so, I will see you there. GO CATS!

KSU doesn't get the respect it deserves because they are little more than a one year flash in the pan. How much talent does the high school coach have coming in next year?
