Try as they may, even the judges can't convince the voters she isn't any good. And Danny Noriega has just too much attitude for a kid his age. And even less talent. This week it should be both Amanda's and Danny's turns to leave. Let's hope that they aren't around to screw up Lennon/McCartney songs next week. Wouldn't be surprised if Ramiele and David Archuleta end up in the Top 4 this year. Both have shown they have their way with the judges. Let's face it, this year's crop is not as talented as the last two seasons put together. We don't have a Daughtry, Hicks, Doolittle, or Sparks in the bunch. This year it looks like a one-man race with David leading the way. Amanda Overmyer is the ‘Sanjaya’ of Season 7. Try as they may, even the judges can’t convince the voters she isn’t any good. I guess the show tactics are starting to wear on me...that and the fact that this season I started out hopeful and excited, thinking they might have some real talent...and then after seeing these first two weeks I feel pretty disappointed. No excitement, not even any real interest anymore. Sigh.... She was way awful this week. I think she has a good voice when sticking to her range ie: Janis Joplin and the like but not that song.
