WICHITA — Mother Cluckers lost.
That was one of the names Ernie Fincher considered for his new restaurant in the former Brownstone Grill at 3105 E. Harry.
Instead, Fincher is going to call it Everybody’s Family Restaurant.
“It’s kind of what it is,” Fincher says. “It’s everybody’s restaurant. We like people to feel it’s their place.”
The restaurant opens Monday and will be open every Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The restaurant will be similar to Fincher’s Fat Ernie’s Family Dining at 2806 S. Hydraulic, which is next to his Fat Ernie’s Bar and Grill.
Fincher says he plans to sell “everything from eggs to prime rib.”
