WICHITA — Two-month-old Jerseys Grill and Bar is doing so well in the former Johnny Carino’s space near K-96 and Webb that Jordan Allbright is already looking for a west-side Jerseys, too.
“People are loving it,” he says. “We’re already making some money.”
The former Players and Brooklyn’s Chophouse building on West 21st Street is one space he’s checking out.
A second Jerseys probably won’t open for several months.
Allbright says he already has costs and labor under control at the first Jerseys, though he is working long days.
“About 18-hour days so far. No big deal.”
