Awesome idea. I hope this will help keep some people in their homes instead of behind on rent payments. Kudos to Builders Inc. for thinking outside “first of the month”.
That’s a great idea–especially with all of the recent lay-offs. My apartment complex actually posted signs saying they’re refusing to accept partial payments at the first of the month, so I wonder if they’re going to have more empty units than they expected…
