Businessman Wink Hartman, running for the Republican nomination in the 4th Congressional District, will speak to the Friday meeting of the Wichita Pachyderm Club.
The meeting will begin at noon at the Petroleum Club, on the ninth floor of the Bank of America building, 100 N. Broadway, Wichita. Cost of the luncheon is $10.
Hartman is active in oil, restaurants and real estate; he also owns the Wichita Wild indoor football team and the Hartman arena where the team plays.
He’s running for the congressional nomination against Republican National Committeeman Mike Pompeo, state Sens. Dick Kelsey and Jean Schodorf, and businessman and retired airline pilot Jim Anderson.
State Rep. Raj Goyle and retired court services officer Robert Tillman are seeking the Democratic nomination.
