Michelle Obama is scheduled to appear at a rally to support her husband, Democratic Presidential candidate Barack Obama, Wednesday, Oct. 1, in Kansas City, Mo.
The event is free and open to the public, the campaign said. Entry will be on a first-come, first served basis.
The “Change We Need” rally will be at 18th Street between Vine and Highland streets. Doors open at 4 p.m. and the event begins at 5:10 p.m.
The public entrance is at 18th Street and The Paseo, the wheelchair accessible entrance is at East 17th Terr., and The Paseo.
For security reasons, attendees should not bring bags and should limit personal items. No banners or signs will be allowed, the campaign said.
