KWCH poll shows Republicans sweeping statewide offices if the election were held today

vote-2010-header-300x48Republicans would win all the statewide offices if the general election were held today, showed a KWCH poll released Monday.

The poll was conducted between Sept. 14 and 16 by Survey USA.

The poll results:

Governor’s race

Sen. Sam Brownback/Sen. Jeff Colyer, R, 59 percent Sen. Tom Holland/Sen. Kelly Kultala, D, 32 percent Ken Cannon/Dan Faubion, RP, 4 percent Andrew Gray/Stacey Davis, L, 3 percent Undecided, 2 percent

Secretary of State

Kris Kobach, R, 53 percent Chris Biggs, D, 36 percent Derek Langseth , RP, 3 percent Phillip Horatio Lucas, L, 3 percent Undecided, 4 percent

Attorney General

Sen. Derek Schmidt, R, 50 percent Attorney General Steve Six, D, 41 percent Dennis Hawver, L, 5 percent Undecided, 3 percent

State Treasurer

Ron Estes, R, 58 percent Dennis McKinney, D, 37 percent Undecided, 5 percent.

The surveys for the governor’s and treasurer’s race had a 4 percent +/- rate of error and the secretary of state and attorney general race had a 4.1 percent +/- rate of error.
