Governor to host Easter egg hunt March 27

eastereggsTOPEKA – Gov. Mark Parkinson will be hosting the state’s annual Easter Egg hunt at Ceder Crest, his office announced Friday.

Here are the details for attending:

A free shuttle bus will be provided between the Security Benefit parking lot and Cedar Crest beginning at 9:00 a.m. The last bus to Cedar Crest will depart at 10:40 a.m.

In the event of rain, candy will be distributed downtown at 11:00 a.m. in the driveway between the Curtis Building and Curtis Parking Garage. The entrance is located on Jackson Street between 10th Street and 11th Street.
