The Huffington Post says “an online community of female supporters of Gov. Sarah Palin is launching a last minute campaign to derail the candidacy of Kathleen Sebelius for the secretary post at the Department of Health and Human Services.”
The Post goes on to say:
Team Sarah, which was founded to support and mobilize for the McCain-Palin ticket and claims tens-of-thousands of members, blasted out a petition on Monday morning urging members to “flood the phone lines” in opposition to Sebelius’ candidacy.Sebelius’s nomination is set to come to a vote before the Senate Finance Committee this Tuesday, April 21. The nomination is expected to pass through the committee and ultimately the Senate, though on Friday the terrain got a bit rougher, when ranking Republican Sen. Charles Grassley criticized the Kansas Governor for understating the amount of money she raised from doctor who performs abortions — likely the same revelation offending the Team Sarah members.

When I a Republican doesn’t pay my taxes or lies about them, I get put in jail or lose my house get my bank accounts ceased etc. etc. etc. When Gov. Sebelius doen’t pay hers or lies about the amount she owes what happens to her. “Its alright honey you can pay later we realize its hard for Democrats to obay the law.” What wrong with this picture. No wonder Democrats don’t mind raising taxes they don’t pay them anyway.
Kathleen is about 10 times smarter than Sarah, she’d better watch who she picks a fight with.
About paying back taxes, didn’t McCain have an issue with property taxes and only paid them when he was nominated?

What I am trying to understand is her April 17 tax increase e-mail to the Kansas legislature recommending a “Kansas decoupling from federal tax code.” Is this not stating KS should secede? If so, I want to decouple from the federal tax code also.
