		<description>&lt;p&gt;And after their unanimous vote for Williams is when Paul Gray pulled his surprise replacement of the majority of the plumbing board with members favoring a much weaker plumbing code. The new members remain but the rest of the council assured that we remain under the Uniform Plumbing Code that puts protection before affordability.
