A Wichita city manager with "an unblemished record of personal integrity aned ethical behavior"? What a jokle. There is so much corruption in Wichita that this type of person would never last. A former high ranking city official had told several people that he was offerreda $100,000 bribe to stop complaining abut the corruption. The s?#t is getting ready to hit the fan big time. No wonder Richard Shordorf resigned from the US attorneys office to become a loan officer.
