I just this comment to the story today about the Channel 3 station manager resigning to return to his old Tulsa employer. It sure doesn't sound like a promotion to me. I think the executives at the parent companies of all 3 TV sttons have been warned by the folks at Poynter that the sh%t is getting ready to hit the fan in Wichita about the EAgle & the TV stations covering up human rights atrocities & corruption. I hope to have a big scoop for Carrie by the end of the week. Of course I'll have to e-mail it first to all of the court house secretaries & court reporters first. I don't know why McLatchy is in such denial. I hope Teresa Johnson can get you on working for the Koch brothers?

MY COMMENT

The Wichita Eagle and the news directors & station managers at all 3 Wichita TV stations have refused to cover the systemic rampant corruption in city hall & the district courts. The KAKE statation manager and the KWCH news director was fired less than 2 weeks ago. Now the station manager at channel 3 resigns. AWs Paul harvery would say "Now for the rest of the story" Too bad suck up Jason Kravarik can not tip off his old boss, Bill Kurtis, on the Cable TV show Investigative Reports about all of the corruption in Wichita. Bill Curtis is Sen. Jean Schodorf's sisters and career Wichtia federal prosecutor, Richard Schodorfs former brother in law. Because the fascism originates at the KU & Washburn Law School, don't expect Curtis to embarrass his ala mater, WAshburn Law. After all they gave Curtis a big award a couple of years ago. In Kansas the only thing that matters is celebrity. I sent lots of e-mails went out to the parent companies of Channel 3 & Channel 12 and even spoke by phone last fall to the executives at the parent companies at channel 3 in Atlanta & channel 12 in South Bend.

Sherry:

I'm glad to see that you are willing to respond to specific comments. As you know I admire you for respecting free speech rights and allowing me to post my negative comments that you or your boss Pan Siddall refuses to investigate documented criminal acts of a judge and an attorney who are running for election. I hope that your subordinates will complain to you so that you can go over Pam's head and complain to the top executives at McLatchy about the censorship by the Eagle and other Kansas newspapers.

These blog posts are the closest thing that Wichita has to free speech and investigative reporting. Wichita has very important elections coming up next month. The Eagle should be ashamed that citizens will be charged to read this blog so that it can hinder free speech and limit the number of citizens who will read my allegations.

I just posted listed above that I originally posted on Phil's blog entry regarding Chicago politics. I challenged TRANKLIN another comment writer to e-mail so that I can send them the scan documents that concerning subornation of perjury by Judge Pilshaw & Genine Ware in the Joe Liddle scandal which resulted in several corrupt judges, prosecutors, private attorneys and employees of the sheriff's department, local SRS and the court trustees office conspire to obstruct justice to cover up for Pilshaw, Ware & Christine Ladner to maintain a falsely sworn felony arrest warrant for 9 years so that he was extradited to Kansas and intimidated from protecting his 15 year old son who was unnecessarily imprisoned for 2 years by the dishonest Sedgwick County Juvenile judges to retaliate against Joe for complaining about Pilshaw & Ware's dishonesty.

Sherry - I told you and former Editor Teresa Johnson about this story 14 months ago. As I have already documented in previous blog entries & e-mails last Fall I smuggled Joe's documents through an Eagle security guard who gave them to religion reporter, Joe Rodriguez. When this story eventually breaks, you will rightfully be the be the Eagle's scapegoat. Incompetence and arrogance are not valid reasons for you to intentionally betray the public's trust and the most basic code of ethics for journalists. The real story can be told. Why are you afraid to tell the truth? Joe Liddle and State Rep. Jim Morrison (Chairman of the House Committee on Government Efficiency & Technology are waiting for your phone call.

As always, I would love to correspond directly by e-mail with copies to Liddle & Morrison and the corrupt government officials abut which I have made allegations. Of course that would be the epitome of transparency & accountability becasue they could send you, Joe & Jim back an e-mail back denying the allegations. The Eagle should change its policy to SEE NO EVIL - HEAR NO EVIL - SPEAK NO EVIL

Hey Franklin:

In Wichita the gang bangers wear black robes. I agree whole heartedly with your concerns about the "Don't Snitch" movement with gang members in the black community. But I want to ask you how concerned you are concerned about the code of silence in Wichita imposed by the Wichita Eagle and the local judges and law enforcement officials to cover up rampant corruption. Please set up an anonymous yahoo e-mail account and e-mail me. I will send you scanned documents involving documenting criminal activity by 2 officials running for office. Demcrats Judge Pilshaw & Genine Ware and unethical activity by former GOP County Chairman Mark Kahrs. The Eagle has these documents and refuses to investigate.
I think that Kansas needs to enact laws to give whistleblower protection to state & local government and court house employees & to require an annual grand jury to investigate cover ups by local law enforcement agencies. I posted the following comment on the article regarding the Legislative Coordinating Council taking a 2% budget cut. I wish Karl Peterjohn & Alan Cobb would acknowledge that corruption is a hidden tax that has a corrosive effect that ripples through out our culture & society.

MY COMMENT:

Want to cut wasteful government spending??? Cut corruption & graft in local & state government by enacting reforms to require accountability & transparency at all levels of Kansas government. How about a state whistleblower protection law to protect government & district court employees to speak out about corruption? How about enacting a California style citizens grand jury law requiring an annual grand jury to be convened in each judicial district. A grand jury that will not be manipulated by a crooked district attorney and a retired district court judge. As we learned two years ago in the scandal involving Morris, Sebelius & Supreme Court Justice Nuss, everyone knows that Steve Morris is a puppet of Judiciary Chairman John Vrtil and the Kansas Bar Association. The average citizen is struggling and the corrupt mega firm attorneys & developers keep on getting rich off of the tax payer. Too bad we don't have any legitimate newspapers in Kansas.

FRANKLIN:

I'd love to hear from you. I've already e-mailed out scanned documents to an average citizen who goes by the Eagle profile name OZ. Of course I can be sued for slander or arrested for criminal defamation if Judge Pilshaw or attorney Geneine Ware complain.

I want to pay for my newspaper. I don't even own a television. The paper is a great financial buy knowing where the good price deals are on so many things. That we also get truthful information that is professionally verified is a major bonus.
I get up around 5am and am always anxious to get the newspaper if it's not here already. With the e-Eagle I have it before my coffee is ready. Great. But I notice the insert advs aren't available and there is a lot of savings in there and income for the paper.
I hope no more get laid off at the Eagle.

Lonny and Anglina, I'm glad you like the new e-edition. I do, too, and I think it's a cool way to navigate the paper electronically.

We wanted to get this launched quickly, and the folks on the business haven't worked out details yet of how access will work for people who are print subscribers now. We offer several different subscription levels (from one or two days to 7 days a week), and they'll need to figure out a rate plan that takes current subscribers into account.

I know that's a high priority for them. If the log-in page gets launched before they have a plan in place for subscription levels, rest assured that it will be coming soon. When they have those details decided, the information will be posted in the FAQ for the e-edition.

One great thing about the e-edition is that it is still counted as paid circulation by the ABC, the circulation auditing organization that verifies newspaper circulation.

Lonny, the Eagle and other newspapers around the country still need readers to subscribe to the print edition of the paper because it's those numbers on which advertising rates are set. For too long newspapers didn't take the Internet, and the competition from sites like Craigslist and eBay, seriously. As more outlets and sources of news and information become available online, advertisers aren't forced to spend their money at the newspaper or pay the same rates for online ads as they'd have to in print. So, as fewer people read the print edition ad rates continue to fall along with ad revenue. As ad revenue continues to fall more journalists will lose their jobs to the point where it won't be worth subscribing to the Eagle, print or online. I'd say it's getting dangerously close to that point already.

Oooo, Sherry! This is cool! I have always preferred the layout of a paper, but I love the convenience of the online version. Now, the best of both worlds! No wet papers, no paper theft, no not getting the paper...very cool.

I appreciate the faith section of the Eagle. The Mystery Visitor adds so much to help us look at other congregations and ourselves. It causes discussion in our churches and re-motivates us to welcome visitors. I realize that subscriptions only pay a small portion of the cost to publish the newspaper and I am grateful for the advertisers and the readers that make print advertising effective.
Having the Faith section behind the automotive advs causes me to also go into the classifieds which I normally did not do.

OZ -

I am sorry to report that I did not get any anonymous e-mail inquiries. I was hoping at least one Eagle reporter would be curious or courageous enough to send me an anonymous e-mail requesting that I send them scanned documents proving unethical or illegal activity by Genine Ware, Asst. Christine Ladner & Judge Pilshaw. The low level reporters at the Eagle can not overcome their denials to recognize that the Eagle dysfunctionality is the major reason why fascism & evil flourishes in Wichita.

Speaking of overcoming denials, I wrote the 2 comments today (copied at the bottom of this blog psot) to respond to an anti-Christian comment posted to Brent's Castillo's column and to respond to a letter to the editor which suggested that Wichita Police Chief should be Considered for the city manager's position.

I am sure that today's post is just another rant from a wingnut, but I am willing to expose myself to ridicule, slander lawsuits or criminal prosecution for criminal defamation by writing this blog entry is only a few Eagle reporters and a few Sedgwick County judges and attorneys read 2 more "bizarre" allegations:

I am a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton's Peace & social justice. Sen. Les Donovan & his wife, Missy, are Eucharistic ministers at my church. Former Mayor Carlos Mayans is also a parishioner. An acquaintance of mine told me that former Mayor Carlos Mayans told her that he was offered a $100,000 bribe while in office to stop complaining about the corruption. I reported this rumor to very credible person who called Mayans & confirmed that Mayans told him that he was offered a bribe in office (which of course mayans did not accept). In 2 separate telephone calls with me during the past years, Mayans confirmed that he was offered a bribe. As I previously wrote in a prevous blog which I wrote 2 weeks before former mayor Bob Knight had his heart attack and MGM Grand withdrew from the Sumner County casinio project with Knight & Tiller abortionist attorney, Steve Joseph, I told Knight during our telephone conversation about my discussions with his successor about the bribery allegation.

Last summer, a friend & I visited County Commissioner Kelly Parks in his office to complain about the court house corruption. Kelly told us not to send any e-mail to his county e-mail address because he thought that his e-mail was being monitored.

Assuming that the statements of Mayans & Parks can be confirmed, do we really want the next Wichita city manager be current WPD Chief Norman Williams, current county manager Bill Buchanan or his former asst. Kathi Sexton who should be aware of corruption in the county & city?? I wonder what I have to do to get my state senator, Les Donovan, to take these allegations seriously and to encourage him to visit with Carlos after church? I guess I'll have to forward this e-mail to his collegues on the Sneate Judiciary Committee and to Rick Guinn the Assoc. State Attorney General for is responsbile for the criminal division who ironically is now running for Johnson County District Attorney. I’ll also copy Debbi Donovan who is running Bruce Brown's campaign for Sedgwick County District Court Judge, to Les’s Democrat opponent and to Les’s colleagues on the senate judiciary committee who are already familiar with my reform effrorts. The one thing I have learned about polticians & attorneys is that they love to gossip. If Debbi is thinking about taking over Les’s seat (assuming Les is re-elected but then retires for health reasons), she needs to know about these allegations.

I also am writing to publicly thank my friends at the 11AM Bible Study at Grace Community for praying that God intercedes to expose the corruption in Wichita and soften the hearts of elected officials and jdues. Less than 24 hours after I made my prayer request, the new city manager, Pat Salerno, embarrassed Wichita by rejecting the job offer. This is providing yet another opportunity to blog about the city hall and the county courthouse corruption by floating as a trial balloon idea to have former mayor Carlos Mayans serve as interim city manager for 3 years and to remind Judge Tony Powell that many Christians are praying for him to unburying from the ground his God given talents and use his political influence to become a faithful servant of God to protect the physical & emotional health of children in Sedgwick County.

I also want to again thank Sherry for recognizing the important of free speech by allowing me to post my comments to be read. Who knows – Maybe 2 or 3 reporters at the Eagle will read this post and try to regain their dignity and self-respect by starting to ask a few questions and to demand that Pam & Sherry allow them to do their jobs.

MY COMMENT TO BRENT'S COLUMN:
In politics, "perception is reality" I think that Wichitans & Americans in general will be forced to overcome their denials so that they will perceive things differently. Free speech is wonderful, but we all need to be careful what we wish for. M - the author of the previous post mocked Castillo for:
"using meaningless reports from phoney biased Christian foundations are beginning to get on my nerves"
"the ideas you have of the problems and the cures will only have the Grandma's saying amen and the fathers and kids will be laughing in your face."
"With something as obvious as broken homes produce troubled kids, maybe next week you can do a report that the sky is blue, Christian science has proven that God did it and you can tell us how."
For his sake, I hope M is just an opinionated young person whose spiritual views will evolve as he gains more wisdom. I can report to "M" that hundreds of Christians both with in & outside of Kansas are earnestly praying that God intercedes to protect the young innocent children & to humble the hypocritical attorneys, judges, political & civic leaders who claim to be pious Christians but are only interested in building their political or financial kingdoms here in Potterville, Kansas

MY COMMENT IN RESPONSE TO LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Norman Williams for city manager??? Who is better qualified for the post than current city administrators, who already possess a working knowledge of city administration??? The Catch 22 for the city council seeking to hire a city manager to maintain the culture of graft, nepotism & corruption is that that they can not trust any one from outside of Kansas who is desperate enough to accept the job. Nor can they promote any highly visible individuals (Buchanan, Sexton, Williams) from with in their own fascist clique for fear that skeletons will stop popping out of closets. To get a fresh start and to regain the public's trust, Wichita's civic leaders must hire a city manager with the courage to demand transaparency & accountability. The city council & the Wichita Eagle should swallow their pride and hire former Mayor Carlos Mayans as city manager for 36 months with instructions to document and expose any current or past unethical activity. Who else would be better qualified to expose the corruption???

I am sorry to report that I did not get any anonymous e-mail inquiries. I was hoping at least one Eagle reporter would be curious or courageous enough to send me an anonymous e-mail requesting that I send them scanned documents proving unethical or illegal activity by Genine Ware, Asst. Christine Ladner & Judge Pilshaw. The low level reporters at the Eagle can not overcome their denials to recognize that the Eagle dysfunctionality is the major reason why fascism & evil flourishes in Wichita.

Speaking of overcoming denials, I wrote the 2 comments today (copied at the bottom of this blog psot) to respond to an anti-Christian comment posted to Brent’s Castillo’s column and to respond to a letter to the editor which suggested that Wichita Police Chief should be Considered for the city manager’s position.

I am sure that today’s post is just another rant from a wingnut, but I am willing to expose myself to ridicule, slander lawsuits or criminal prosecution for criminal defamation by writing this blog entry is only a few Eagle reporters and a few Sedgwick County judges and attorneys read 2 more “bizarre” allegations:

I am a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton’s Peace & social justice.
