I used to read the comments frequently, but don’t anymore. It’s pretty much the same people hurling the same insults. Have you thought of also doing a moderated blog that would raise the level of intelligent dialogue? I have seen it done effectively elsewhere. You could still keep the unmoderated boards for those who find that amusing.

I’m comforted by your words. I am often embarrassed by the flagrant immaturity in the insulting accusations of some posters. They inhibit the respectability necessary for the free flow of ideas and thoughts that protect us.
