This is Pete the owner of British Banger Company (BBC get it?) :) Thank you so much for the article Denise and thank you for the great response. Sorry for the late response I just read the article. As stated the place will be a &quot;carry out&quot; I am being very careful after what happened in Riverside with the bridge. I will try to the best of my abilities to make the food authentic. I will also be making a spicy banger as I love them :) Also, I am planning on selling full pies and bangers frozen by the pound. My lunches will be a a full meal(e.g. meat pie or bangers with mash potato choice of side and a nice meaty gravy) with a bread (mopping bread) and a can of soda for $6 tax included. There is ample parking out the back of the store and we will also come out to your car to serve you (we will have a door bell on a menu board as you drive in, kinda like a poor mans sonic :) ) I am going to open just for lunch to start with as it takes quite a while to make it all from scratch but as soon as I have the right person trained, I will open for dinner and weekends.
