Bossa Grill, the fast and casual Brazilian restaurant planned for 3242 N. Rock Road, is just about finished. Its owner, Alberto Moreira, says it will open after the July 4 weekend, though he doesn’t have a specific date.
I drove past the building this morning and it looks nice. It has sort of a Pei Wei feel, and that’s exactly how Moreira describes the place. He says it will be similar to Pei Wei in service style — customers order at a counter and then be served at tables — but the food will be Southern European with South American influences, including a lot of grilled fish and chicken.
I’ll let you know when an official opening date is determined.
