How can this man be an administrative judge when he doesn't even know the law? Of course he will be the administrative judge over the so-called judges that don't know the laws either - he'll fit right in. With him in charge - no one will have to follow the law - after all - how will he know different? It's all about who has the money - that's the way the ruling goes - whether legal or not.
