Retired businessman Hale Ritchie and five Wichita businesses will be honored at the annual Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce Honors Night, set for April 8.
The annual event runs from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Beech Activity Center, 9710 E Central.
Ritchie, the former CEO of Ritchie Corp., continues to be active in the nonprofit Rainbows United, and will be honored by the chamber with the Uncommon Citizen Award.
Fidelity Bank will be awarded the Spirit of Wichita Award at the event.
The Robert D. Love Downtown YMCA will be recognized with the Keeper of the Plains award.
And three businesses will be recognized as Over the Years winners. They are: Hutton Construction, John T. Arnold Associates, and Laham Development.
