Military veterans will be offered free meals at Wichita area Applebee’s on Sunday, which is Veterans Day.
According to a news release, this will be the fourth year the restaurant chain has offered free meals on Veterans Day, and more than 3 million veterans have taken advantage of the offer.
The restaurants are open from 11:00 a.m. to midnight, according to the release, and veterans will be asked to provide proof of service.
Also, the offer of a free meal is limited to dine-in customers and doesn’t cover drinks or desserts. Certain other limitations are also in place.
