The 48-unit apartment community is located at 5050 N. Maize Road and offers 24 two-bedroom/two-bathroom units and 24 three-bedroom/two-bathroom units.
Rents are between $325 and $675 per unit. Potential residents must meet the standards imposed under the Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program.

The community is owned by Fieldstone Apartments Phase III, a limited partnership comprised of Zimmerman Properties and Centerline Capital. The partnership has engaged Wilhoit Properties, Inc. to serve as property manager with Zimmerman Properties Construction, as general contractor for construction. The development was financed with a construction/permanent loan granted by USBank. Kansas Housing Resources Corporation awarded the development federal tax credits.
