Laura Lopez, a former vice president of marketing for Coca Cola, will be the keynote speaker at the Wichita Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s 10th Annual Awards Banquet Thursday.
The author of “The Connected and Committed Leader,” Lopez will speak about interpersonal skills, team work and leadership for Hispanics.
The event at the Wichita Marriott Hotel, 9100 Corporate Hills Drive, also will include recognition of students who have selected for scholarships from the Kansas Hispanic Education & Development Foundation. It begins at 5:30 p.m.
