I’ve become fascinated by the Web site InvestorWords.com, which provides a raft of financial definitions, many worth pondering as we watch the financial services landscape evolve – or is it devolve? – before our very eyes.
Exhibit one is this definition of “free market,” quite conceptual in nature and devoid of any re-definition in the wake of the events on Wall Street in the past six months.
Curiously, there’s no definition offered for “greed.”
I suspect the good folks at InvestorWords might want to rethink that omission.
