Did the Kid Rock/Buffett double also. Late night on Friday and early morning on Saturday. I will have to say both concerts were let downs. I have seen Kid Rock before and I know he has decided to tame down his show this time, but with a low budget stage show kind of killed the whole show. Rev Run rocked and I'm not a hip hop fan at all, but that part of the show was the best.

Buffett was great, at least the party in the parking lot. Our seats just sucked and the side TV screens were too small for that venue. Plus the people in the row above us talked through the whole show. I do plan on going out to Vegas and catching Buffett out there, as I hear an inside show is better.

I know you say Buffett has made a living on playing the same songs over and over. But all the big acts have the songs they "have" to play at their shows. McCartney, Bon Jovi, Rolling Stones, and even the Eagles have songs they have to play every show. Buffett is the same. But he does mix in a good number of songs not played at every show.

I need to find tickets to Tom Petty in KC and hope Springsteen does a show up there later this year.
