The shop sells flight gear, pilot apparel, books, videos, headsets, flight training materials, radios, scanners, charts and a variety of other pilot-related supplies.
“Our goal is to make the Aviator’s Attic a resource for pilots, regardless of whether they are making a stop at Yingling of if they are looking for an item that is typically associated with Cessna airplanes,” Aviator’s Attic manager Lydia Craig said in a statement.
The store handles all major avionics brands and sells products related to Cessna, Hawker Beechcraft, Bombardier Learjet, Piper and others.
The store, a division of Yingling Aviation, opened in 2001. Sales have quadrupled in the past five years, it said.
