An amazing widely-circulated video of an aerobatic plane losing a wing in flight and making a successful landing appears to be a hoax. It looks to be more about selling a German line of skateboarder clothing — killathrill – as flashed on the surviving wing of the airplane — than about a miraculous piece of flying.
